If you have social service, human capital, or talent development initiatives needing support wth data collection and qualitative data analysis needs we can help. We also have significant experience designing instructional materials whether they are in the classroom, online, on a mobile device, in a newsletter, or incorporated in a manual or handbook, we have the experience to help. TRAINING EVALUATION
CStarsky provides consulting expertise on personal development and issues. We are happy to provide interviewers, focus group and workshop facilitators, and editors to support research projects and programs focused on the needs of children, young adults, adult learners, or senior citizens.
Consulting services in this area include, but are not limited to, support for a needs analysis, course or curriculum design and development, training delivery, train-the-trainer sessions, and facilitating a pilot test.
Training evaluation services include developing training evaluation strategies, creating data collection tools, analyzing data, and using the results to create performance improvement strategies. Our lead evaluator is a Certified (Phillips) ROI Professional (CRP) and Kirkpatrick Bronze Certified.
